I first started following Tesla in 2013. Headlines from major news media were hyping up the future where electric vehicles would take over as the main form of transportation. Elon Musk’s high-profile PR campaigns on promoting EVs seemed to be constantly at odds with the critics who were questioning the viability of the company (they said it was going bankrupt lol).
Fast forward to 2017, not only Tesla did not go bankrupt, but its “iPhone moment” — the Model 3 production launch had started taking place.
